The Arrival of Baby Blake

We headed to Beth Israel on Friday, July 5 at 8pm so excited to meet our new baby boy. We were able to go home to sleep in our own bed that evening.
Auntie Marilyn stayed overnight with us and played with Jack on Saturday while we returned to the hospital for 8am.
We started Pitocin around 10am.  Made it through lunch time without an epidural but had one around 2 or 3pm. In the meantime, Jack was chilling at home with Grammy and Papi.
Just like his big brother Jack, Blake took his time. We did not greet him until 1:37am (at least this time the pushing was 1 hour rather than 2 1/2 hours).  Once again Dr Sarah was there to deliver Blake. We even had the same labor and delivery nurse, Diana!
We were in the hospital until Tuesday and big brother Jack came to visit both Sunday and Monday. Baby Blake gave his new big brother an Elmo doll.
Blake was happy to meet Grammy, Papi, and Auntie Marilyn!
And here's the new family of four!
