We had a great morning in the park. You can see Jack climbing a tree in a green shirt while Blake climbs over mommy's legs to play with the grass.
We also made a trip to the carousel. A definite favorite.

The Christian Science Center Fountain is also a favorite. Everyone has fun and no one stays dry.

Speaking of not staying dry, Jack had finally agreed to share the bath tub with Blake. He's not a huge fan of Blake's splashing, but he loves squirting Blake with the water squirting bath toys! Blake loves any attention from his big brother.
Blake now drinks through a straw! Jack was not the biggest fan of straws as a baby, so we were determined to get Blake more into them, and now he is. Thank you, Hayley!
Blake eats everything in sight. Many meals he eats more than Jack. A common day for Blake is:
Breakfast: bottle, Cheerios, raspberries (his favorite), Stonyfield baby yogurt
Lunch: bottle, beans, corn, cheese, turkey
Dinner: pasta, peas (another favorite), chicken, bottle
One thing Blake does not do well is keep his food on a plate! Sometimes Jack helps him clean up when Blake dumps his plate over!
Jack finished up in the John Winthrop red room with Watermelon Day.
It was a beautiful day. Jack loves singing all the songs at home, but was not a super active participant during the actual performance.
The blue playground is a favorite and the ride on toys are very popular with Blake now.
This one time, it was a ride on toy for two!
Jack can now also ride his little tricycle from Grandma and Grandpa.
One day we headed out to the Boston Harbor Islands, Spectacle Island. It was a great little 1 mile walk around the island and then we had a picnic on the beach. The ferry ride out and back was fun too. It was a beautiful day!
We had a great beach weekend in Seabrook, NH, with Grammy, Papi, Maria, Jeff, Grace, Auntie Marilyn, Grant, Megan, and Reese and Emmie. The weather was perfect and everyone had a blast.
Blake and Jack enjoyed being pulled on a towel by daddy.
Jack and Emmie were hard at work together.
The three enjoyed jumping into a big hole they dug in the sand.
There were lots of fun activities inside as well.
Tough to follow up a day at the beach, but it was a great morning of strawberry picking at Sunshine Farms.
Jack did a great job picking the red ones (only a few green ones). Blake did a great job eating them!
Cousins Reese and Emmie came by for a visit before their flight out from Logan. It was great to see them again. The girls loved holding Blake. He liked it more than his expression suggests!
