There was some baseball.
And some singing.
And some boat riding.
And some laundry basket riding.
And, of course, cake eating! Blake enjoyed his first birthday cake.
The singing was fun and the boys waited patiently for the cake to be cut.
Then, Blake got right in there!
The beach in Madison was a great time. Blake and Christian got to know each other in the pool.
And there was another cake to celebrate with Christian!
Jack was psyched!
Blake liked the cake too.
We even got to see Great Grandma Wilcox. It was the first time the boys met her!
On Blake's actual birthday (Monday), he was visited by Grammy, Papi, and Auntie Marilyn. Lucky boy!
We had a nice dinner.
Ate some cupcakes prepared by Jack and Hayley.
Opened lots of gifts.
Blake outsourced some of his present opening.
The whole family got into the anywhere chair assembly (a gift from Reese and Emmie).
The boys are happy to have matching chairs.
Blake was so happy to have the visitors on his first birthday!
It was a wonderful long weekend of celebrating with our sweet, patient (with his big brother), and good natured baby boy!
