Weekday mornings are hectic but typically fun. Mommy attempted a candid with the boys one morning. It's hard to get everyone looking just right at the same time!
Max currently thinks everything is funny.
And is our happy baby.
Jack did a great job writing birthday cards to Kevin and Elizabeth.
We had Tomas' birthday at Jump on In. What good friends Jack had made at JWS.
The boys get to do funny things when daddy is away sometimes...like eat breakfast at the coffee table.
Blake is pretty much a celebrity at the Kenmore Harvard Vanguard speech therapy office. Everyone loves him, including his speech therapist, Kathy.
We celebrated Mother's Day at Old Sturbridge Village.
The best Mother's Day present was that the big boys appear to have ended their 5 month "bedtime antics routine," where they found every possible reason to delay and bemoan bedtime. It literally has been a phase (a terrible phase) since January, and now it appears it may be over.
Mommy had a great birthday, from the Friday morning breakfast celebration...
To the work celebration with new 3D Visualization colleagues...
To the Friday evening John Winthrop School Gala to the Saturday picnic in the Public Garden...
To the Saturday night cake!
Mommy had and offsite in the playroom with her new team.
Jack drew a picture of a chair for mommy since she explained her new team creates pictures of chairs.
Hayley compares Max and Blake...
Some of the things Emily enjoys doing with the boys...
As the weather gets nice, it's great to use the back deck again. Particularly on mornings when the boys have a lot of energy, it's great to open the door and send them outside to play!
Max is content bouncing up and down in his bouncy seat.
We went on an Old Town Trolley tour. The driver was surprised to learn we lived 3 blocks away. The boys loved cruising around town in the trolley.
We found a playground and merry go round (Max's first time!) downtown near the greenway and Daddy's new office.
We had a picnic lunch.
Everyone was popped during the trolley ride back home.
We headed out to Outlook Farm on a drizzly Sunday morning. We literally had the train ride to ourselves to and from the playground.
We almost had a private magic show, but a few others showed up.
We bumped into a parade in Wellesley, which, according to Jack, was just like Halloween since they were tossing candy to the kids.
Maggie and Jeff visited for Memorial Day weekend. It was a funny weather weekend from hot, hot and extremely sunny to cloudy and cool. We had lunch and checked out Daddy's new office. The grown ups went on an evening pub crawl.
We also had Blake Lovely's birthday at Jump on in. After a few years of being not so certain about it, Jack finally loved it!
It was tiring...
But not for everyone (this guy avoids afternoon naps at all costs)...
We had a family dinner at Giacomos.
We went to the Museum of Science.
The boys jumped in rain puddles with Hayley while Mommy and Daddy played golf.
The boys got new t-shirts from Katie Martino's (an old Yellow Wood analyst) new endeavor, and they arrived in fun gift wrap!
