Pumpkin Patch Visit

We finally made it to the pumpkin patch (a great local farm called Belkin Family Lookout). We can tell we waited until the end of the season because they had a weekend special...a free pumpkin with each paid admission!

The farm has fabulous, fun family activities. It starts with a train ride through the orchards.

You can disembark to pick different types of apples at different stops.

I'm not sure wrestling is a typical orchard activity, but it was for us today!

There's a kids activity stop with face painting, baby animals, playgrounds, food, a bouncy house, hay rides, a maze, hay bales for climbing, and a little toddler train. We could have stayed there for hours!

Luckily there was the enticement of pumpkins to use to encourage Jack to hop on board the train once again. Pumpkin selection was another fun, all consuming activity!

"We are picking out pumpkins"

"I like this one"

"A pumpkin seat"

It was a great afternoon at the farm!
