We left for a Wilcox/Yanagi family trip to LA the day after Christmas. It was a long day of travel including a barfing incident on the plane (Jack). Probably our toughest plane flight ever.
The next day, though, everyone bounced back nicely. The boys were excited for another Christmas celebration!
Blake was Grandpa's good buddy.
The house had a mural from the Disney Pirates of the Carribbean ride!
Chocolate trucks from Grandpa were a stocking favorite.
We ate them later back in Boston.
Afterwards, it was straight to the pool to test out bathing suits from Uncle Kevin!
Elizabeth and Blake goofing around in a display window.
Checking out Legos.
Grandma bought a birthday cake for baby Jesus.
We had a great day trip to the San Diego zoo. The double decker bus ride was awesome!
It was great to meet up with our friends the Parks.
Mommy and Daddy enjoyed all the nighttime help with Jack and Blake.
There were photo shoots involved.
It was chilly on our shuttle ride to Disney! Good thing we brought hats and gloves.
We were there when the gates opened. At least the sun was out!
Even though we arrived first thing, Peter Pan had a 45 min wait! We took Jack on Pinnochio, but it was a bit scary. Don't think he loves the dark, inside rides.
The crazy guy did want to go on the toon town roller coaster...a pretty significant coaster. Toon Town was a great place to hang out.
"My first roller coaster!"
We met Goofy in Toon Town.
Pluto too!
We didn't ride the Dumbo ride, but we did climb onto a stationary Dumbo.
The Casey Jr train ride was popular with everyone.
The park was a zoo by 10-11am. So glad we got there first thing. We did manage to hang in there until @ 2pm.
The house was a great place to hang out with the family. Purple night!
Not everyone got the memo.
Inna even came to visit us one night.
Blake and Jack enjoyed playing with all these little guys who were in the house.
We had a big kids night out at Disneyland...rode Splash Mountain 3 times!
We went to California Adventureland the next day. There were fun activities from Cars...
To the tower of terror!
Blake decided to skip nap time one afternoon.
We saw our friends the Kirkowski's. Blake liked hanging out with Maggie.
We had a lunch time BBQ with the Kirkowski's, Park's, McLaren's, and Bergmann's. It was great to catch up with so many friends.
Time to go home came too quickly. We entertained ourselves in the airport with pay phones.
