Mommy, Blake, Jack, and Emily went to Brae Burn (BB) tonight for the summer BBQ while Daddy is out of town.
Conversation as we were leaving BB:
Jack said, "when is daddy coming home?"
Mommy said, "late Thurs night so you will see him Friday."
Jack said, "aww, I miss Daddy. He's my buddy!"
Blake enjoyed swimming in the baby pool (turning purplish as usual) and scarfing down steak, French fries, watermelon, and chocolate chip cookies.
