Emily captured Jack hard at work at school at the writing station pre-pick up.
Jack collecting leaves and other fall items with Emily (a recent favorite activity) for art projects like "leaf men."
Jack and Blake meet "Catie Copley," the Fairmont Plaza black lab with Emily.
The doorman that is a good buddy of our boys (they say hello everyday as they pass the hotel on the way to school) is Oscar.
Mommy and Daddy had a weekend getaway (thank you Grammy and Papi) to the Wentworth by the Sea in Portsmouth, NH for a belated anniversary celebration (Max came along!)
Emily tried to get Blake to say cheese in his red room t shirt (the uniform for morning playground drop off). Blake buried his head in his shirt and then said cheese, being funny as usual!
Mommy and Jack had a special post-school lunch date at Panera!
Jack and Emily made umbrellas!
Max and Mommy enjoy some back deck time. We have seen 70 degree temps this first week of November!
Jack loves reading books.
Jack also enjoys playing the guitar sometimes.
It doesn't always go well.
Max went to his first Mommy and Me gym class at Healthworks at 6 weeks. Unfortunately, the weekly class conflicts with the Little Loveage club mommy and baby class. We were able to attend on Veterans' Day when Little Loveage was closed.
Mommy and Jack had another post-school Thursday afternoon lunch date. This time to Shake Shack.
Max had a great 30 sec of tummy time. After these photos were shot, his head went down to the blanket, and tears started another 10 seconds later!
Nov 19 Max (7.5 wks old) went 7hr and 52 min between feedings. Hopefully this is a trend and not a fluke! We just started trying some formula this week, so maybe that is helping.
We went to check out the Harvard Museum of Natural History one Sunday.
Here's some more deceptively happy tummy time (it is happy, it just doesn't last for very long)...
Max also learned how to look in the mirror during tummy time.
Mommy and Max had a lot of nice lunches with the mom and baby group.
Mommy had her first solo overnight with Daddy away for work.
Jack was a brave boy getting a flu shot.
We had lunch at CPK with cousin Grace one Saturday!
Max prepared for Thanksgiving.
Since John Winthrop does not celebrate Thanksgiving, Emily and Jack did an activity (Jack is particularly thankful for milk and his best friend Dylan)...
And, of course, through the month, the boys had fun with Emily (and Grace, Dylan, and Jackson).
The big boys are good for Emily during hair cuts.
We had relaxing weekend afternoons.
Jack and mommy fed their babies together.
Jack practiced counting.
This is our very "real" drive home on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
After Thanksgiving, we picked out a Christmas tree at Sunshine Farm!
At home, Jack wanted to decorate or immediately.
Christmas decorations sometimes make great toys.
Later that same day, Max passed out happily after eating.
We took a family trip to the mall to blow off steam and have dinner at Legal Seafood.
We read books in bed just before bedtime.
December, here we come!
